对12例雷夫诺尔引产的胎胰组织用1640培养液进行体外培养2—4周,镜下观察细胞生长良好。作胰岛索释放试验。低、高糖环境中胰岛索含量分别为14.5±9.6μ/ml、56.6±14.4μ/ml(<0.001)。结果表明:雷夫诺尔引产的胎胰细胞能在外培养成活,且具有分泌胰岛素的功能。
12 cases of Rifarnor induced abortion of fetal pancreatic tissue with 1640 culture medium for 2-4 weeks in vitro, observed under the microscope cells grow well. Islet release test. Low and high glucose environment islet content were 14.5 ± 9.6μ / ml, 56.6 ± 14.4μ / ml (<0.001). The results showed that RifleNull induced fetal pancreatic cells can survive in vitro and have the function of secreting insulin.
