目前企业正在深入开展三项制度的改革,要打破旧的体制,冲破旧的观念,重新调整企业利益的格局,这对于已习惯于“有饭大家吃,有利等额分”的职工来讲,无疑是一大冲击,将激起各种情绪的波动、思想的困惑,给改革的深化带来困难与阻力。如何处理好这些矛盾,可以说是改革能否顺利进行的关键,从对我公司各类人员的思想调查分析的结果来看,大致有以下几种心态影响着改革的进程: 一是担心与顾虑的困扰。90%左右的中老年职工(包括部分女工)有两怕:一怕改革后收入下降,他们认为自己辛苦干几十年,“黄金年龄”作贡献
