许多国家在水文地质前兆预报地震方面都积累了某些经验。可是水文地质前兆的研究现状、采用方法和仪器还不能可靠地查明震前过程所引起水文地质前兆变化的范围,对发震前每一前兆的出现时间也没有信得过的资料,而它们的变化又受诸如前兆性质,震源强度和深度,区域性水文地质条件等许多因素影响。预报地震时间和地点需要积累同类型的长期观测记录资料。苏联科学院和地质部对地下水动态所作研究就是地震预报综合研究的一部分。
Many countries have some experience in the prediction of earthquakes by hydrogeological precursors. However, the research status of precursors of hydrogeology can not be reliably identified by methods and instruments. Therefore, there is no reliable information on the occurrence time of each precursor before the earthquake and their changes But also by many factors such as the nature of precursors, source intensity and depth, regional hydrogeological conditions and so on. Forecasting earthquake time and location requires the accumulation of long-term observational records of the same type. The study of groundwater dynamics by the Soviet Academy of Sciences and the Department of Geology is part of a comprehensive study of earthquake prediction.
