“企业研发的产品,园区第一个使用,这么做可以在企业初创时期给他带来收入,也能为企业的新产品提供示范地。”随着留创园孵化对象层次的持续提升,孵化需求逐渐多元化、专业化、全面化,留创园的综合实力增强。1994年中国第一家留学人员创业园——金陵海外学子科技工业园在南京诞生,从此各地留学人员创业园纷纷建立。到今年,留创园已经走过整整20年的创业创新之路。位于上地信息产业基地内的中关村创业大厦,是中关村海淀留学人员创业园(以下简称“海淀留创园”)所在地。经过17年的发展,这里已成为众多留学生创业者开启梦想之旅的风水宝地。
