本文结合杭新景高速公路建设实际,介绍了隧道洞碴用于加工生产碎石、机制砂的综合应用情况。通过试验,分析总结了隧道洞碴所加工的碎石及机制砂的性能特点、确定了与之相适应的配合比,以及机制砂合适的细度模数与含粉量。通过施工应用,分析了应用中存在的一些问题,总结确定了合适的工艺与工艺保障措施,并阐述了工艺控制的要点。简要介绍了隧道洞碴制备砂石料综合应用带来的效益,为隧道洞碴加工碎石与机制砂提供了一些综合应用的经验。
Combined with the actual construction of Hangzhou-Xingjing Expressway, this paper introduces the comprehensive application of tunnel ballast for the processing of production gravel and machine-made sand. Through the experiment, the characteristics of the crushed stone and machine-made sand processed by the tunnel ballast are analyzed and summarized, the matching proportion and the suitable fineness modulus and powder content of the machine-made sand are determined. Through the application of construction, some problems existing in the application are analyzed, and the appropriate process and technology guarantee measures are concluded and the main points of the process control are expounded. This paper briefly introduces the benefits of comprehensive application of tunnel ballast in the preparation of aggregate, and provides some comprehensive application experiences for tunnel ballast processing of gravel and mechanism sand.
