自2012年10月以来,受冬春降雨量持续偏少和时空分布不均的影响,我省发生全省性干旱,运城、临汾、晋城等小麦主产区受旱严重。面对严重旱情,省委、省政府高度重视,袁纯清书记、李小鹏省长对抗旱工作都做出了重要批示,4月1日省防指发布干旱黄色预警,并启动抗旱Ⅲ应急响应。主要采取以下措施:
