以来自海洋生境具有强抑菌作用的芽孢杆菌T28为试验菌株,采用生物学与分子生物学方法研究其对番茄生长的多种促进作用。结果表明,T28菌株具有固氮酶基因nifH和固氮作用,可以分解磷和钾,产生铁载体和促生长植物激素IAA。标记的T28菌株可在番茄植株上定殖,从而提高番茄苗的叶绿素含量,定殖15 d后比对照的叶绿素含量高33.3%,且差异显著。从T28菌株中扩增到γ-谷氨酰胺激酶(GK)基因pro B,推测T28菌株可能通过对脯氨酸的调节来诱导植物抗盐。病害防治试验证明,T28菌株对番茄灰霉病防效为68.8%,防治效果明显。
Bacillus sp. T28, which has a strong antimicrobial activity from marine habitats, was used as a test strain to study its various promotion effects on tomato growth by means of biology and molecular biology. The results showed that the T28 strain has nitrogenase gene nifH and nitrogen fixation, can decompose phosphorus and potassium, produce iron carrier and promote plant hormone IAA. The labeled T28 strain colonized tomato plants, thereby increasing the chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings. After 15 days of colonization, the content of chlorophyll was 33.3% higher than that of the control, and the difference was significant. The γ-glutamine kinase (GK) gene pro B was amplified from the T28 strain. It is speculated that the T28 strain may induce plant salt resistance through the regulation of proline. Disease prevention and control tests showed that T28 strain against tomato gray mold disease control efficiency was 68.8%, prevention and treatment effect is obvious.
