钢结构体系中,DECK钢-混凝土组合楼承板一直被广泛应用,目前根据较多的工程回访发现,此种结构类型的楼板产生裂缝的几率比较高。通过现场观测及分析,DECK楼承板的裂缝有一个共性,即基本出现在非受力方向板的波缝部位或两块板的接缝部位。由于裂缝出现的因素有多种,如何更好地减少和解决这种工程顽疾,是本文要探讨的重点。通过工程实例,分析DECK板易出现裂缝的原因,探索减少此类型楼板裂缝的改进方法。在综合考虑性价比较合理的基础上,尝试采用钢纤维混凝土对某工厂楼板进行加固处理,从而对混凝土的自身韧性进行了加强,并取得了较好的加固效果。为今后此类型楼板的抗裂设计提供了思路。
Steel structure system, DECK steel - concrete composite deck board has been widely used, according to more of the project’s return visit found that the floor of this type of structure the risk of cracks is relatively high. On the basis of comprehensively considering the reasonable cost performance, the steel fiber reinforced concrete is used to reinforce the floor of a factory to reinforce the concrete’s own toughness and achieve better reinforcing effect. For the future of this type of floor crack design provides the idea.
