高粱的抗旱可分为三种类型:1.避旱。在发生严重的土壤和植物水分缺乏之前,植株生长并完成其生活周期的能力。2.在提组织水势下耐旱,忍受干旱但仍能保持较高植株水势的能力,这一点可能与某些避旱形式相同。3.在低水势下耐早,植株忍受干旱,也能发育的能力。避旱是高粱的一种重要而实用的机制。早熟基因型的产量和熟性一般为负相关,早熟性的应用,在低雨量地区是发展高粱的一个主要适应因素,而晚熟类型则用于高雨量地区和灌溉地区。
Sorghum drought can be divided into three types: 1. Drought relief. The ability of plants to grow and complete their life cycle before severe soil and plant water deficiencies occur. 2. The ability to tolerate drought and endure drought while still maintaining high plant water potential under tissue water potential may be the same as some forms of drought relief. 3. Early in low water potential, plants endure the drought, but also the ability to develop. Drought relief is an important and practical mechanism for sorghum. The yield and maturity of the precocious genotype are generally negatively correlated, and the application of prematurity is a major adaptation factor for the development of sorghum in low-rainfall areas, while the late-maturing types are used in high-rainfall and irrigated areas.
