碳纤维增强复合材料(简称“碳纤维复材”)网格是一种新型高性能的工程结构材料。通过拔出试验,研究碳纤维复材网格在混凝土中的黏结性能和锚固长度。共计对15个碳纤维复材网格拔出试件进行静力荷载试验,试验参数包括混凝土强度、有无横向网格和内埋横向网格数。在整个加载过程中,量测了碳纤维复材网格与混凝土之间的加载端滑移和自由端滑移。试验结果表明:混凝土强度对黏结性能的影响很小,横向网格的机械咬合作用是主要的传力方式,内埋横向网格数的增加会提高黏结刚度、减小滑移量。最后在试验研究的基础上,给出了初步的设计建议。
Carbon fiber reinforced composite (“CFRP”) grid is a new type of high performance engineering structural material. By pulling out the test, the bonding properties and anchorage length of carbon fiber reinforced polymer mesh in concrete were studied. A total of 15 carbon fiber composite mesh pullout test specimens for static load test, the test parameters include the strength of concrete, with or without horizontal grid and buried horizontal grid number. Throughout the loading process, loading end slip and free end slip were measured between the carbon fiber reinforced polymer mesh and the concrete. The experimental results show that the strength of concrete has little influence on the bonding performance. The mechanical bite action of transverse grid is the main force transmission mode. The increase of the number of embedded horizontal grids will increase the bonding stiffness and reduce the slip. Finally, based on the experimental research, the preliminary design suggestions are given.
