警犬技术作为一门独特的公安科技手段已越来越得到人们的重视,特别是警犬的追踪、搜捕、搜毒、搜爆等技术因其能直接获得作业结果而有着不可替代性。而目前警犬鉴别技术作为警犬技术工作的重要组成部分,其鉴别结论作为法庭证据,已在荷兰、比利时、德国、英国等国家部分区域采用。我国作为世界上警犬技术较为发达的国家之一,警犬鉴别技术的应用也非常广泛,将警犬鉴别结论作为法庭证据使用有着很大的可行性。
Police dog technology as a unique means of public security science and technology has been getting more and more attention, especially the dog tracking, search, search poisoning, search explosion and other technologies because of its direct access to operational results and irreplaceable. At present, dog identification technology as an important part of police dog technology work, the identification of evidence as a forensic evidence, has been in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Britain and other countries in some regions.
