目的评价1991～1995年五年中上海市白内障手术质量。方法综合、统计、分析本市1991～1995年间三次抽查的共381例401眼白内障手术后情况。结果术后矫正视力≥0．05者占99％，术后矫正视力≥0．3者达85．8％，其中囊外并人工晶体植入术后矫正视力≥0．5者占77．2％。结论上海市白内障复明手术质量优于全国残联的质量要求，但仍存在着一些问题，有关部门应制订新的手术质量标准。
Objective To evaluate the quality of cataract surgery in Shanghai from 1991 to 1995. Methods A total of 381 cases (401 eyes) of cataract after operation were collected, statistically analyzed and analyzed three times in our city from 1991 to 1995. Results postoperative corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.05 accounted for 99%, postoperative corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.3 were 85.8%, of which extracapsular and intraocular lens implantation correction of visual acuity ≥ 0.5 accounted for 77.2 %. Conclusions The quality of cataract surgery in Shanghai is superior to that of the National Federation of Disabled Persons in China. However, there are still some problems. Relevant departments should formulate new surgical quality standards.
