在高职新生入学时引入职业体验课程可以使学生借此了解社会职业,了解自我职业发展倾向和适合性,避免盲目的专业发展选择。高职新生职业体验课程包含三个层面的体验——职业意识体验、职业知识体验和职业技术体验。依据这三个层面确定职业体验课程的开发流程并将其运用于实践之中,然后针对实践中出现的问题,不断完善职业体验课程体系,并全面推广。
The introduction of vocational experience courses during enrollment of freshmen in higher vocational colleges can enable students to understand social occupations, understand the tendency and suitability of self-employment and avoid blind professional development choices. Vocational rejuvenation vocational experience curriculum includes three levels of experience - career awareness experience, career knowledge experience and professional and technical experience. Based on these three aspects, the development process of vocational experience curriculum is determined and put into practice. Then, according to the problems in practice, the professional experience curriculum system is continuously improved and promoted.
