Based on an interview with Futian, Hubei Province, the core business unit of Futian Automobile Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., this paper understands its operating principle of “taking technology as the core, marketing oriented, and comprehensively improving its operation ability and profitability” and becoming a core competence Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Business Development Vision.
