近年来,随着国内外建筑市场的蓬勃发展,大量民营企业加入到建筑业的竞争中来,人才流失已经发展成为许多国有施工企业无法回避的问题。通过对国有施工企业人才流失的内因、外因进行分析,从激励机制、薪酬分配体系、人才预警机制等方面总结出相应对策。
In recent years, with the vigorous development of domestic and foreign construction markets, a large number of private enterprises have joined the competition in the construction industry, and the brain drain has become an unavoidable problem for many state-owned construction enterprises. Through analyzing the internal and external causes of the brain drain in the state-owned construction enterprises, this paper sums up the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the incentive mechanism, the remuneration distribution system and the personnel pre-warning mechanism.
