11月,全国楼市火力全开,赶超“银十”。据中国指数研究院统计数据显示,本月其监测的主要城市累计成交面积在上月基数较高的情况下环比继续上涨3.7%,同比则下降3.37%。今年前11个月,主要城市累计成交总量虽低于去年同期14%,但仍高于2012年2%。分城市来看,一线城市成交面积环比上月继续增长,幅度为12%,同比亦回升12%,其中北京环比涨幅最大为28.44%,同比涨幅亦最大,达到53.96%。二线代表城市成交面积环比上涨3%,较上月增幅有所缩窄,同比则下降3%,厦门涨幅最多,福州居次,杭州亦有超过70%的增幅。三线代表城市成交面积基本与上月持平,环比增长0.6%,同比下降15%,其中丹东环比下降幅度最为明显,下降
