作为高职办学时间较短的院校,在高职教育教学管理、科研创新和社会服务等方面还存在很多不足。面对竞争日益激烈的高职教育,需要高职院校各级领导、行政管理部门和人员进一步转变观念,紧紧抓住职业教育加快发展的机遇,从思想上、行动上全力支持教学和科研,提高服务意识和能力,进一步巩固教学中心地位,强化科研创新,深化办学内涵,加快学院转型升级。
As a college with a short running time in higher vocational education, there are still many shortcomings in higher vocational education, teaching management, scientific research innovation and social services. Faced with the increasingly fierce competition in higher vocational education, leaders, administrative departments and personnel at all levels in higher vocational colleges need to further change their concepts and grasp the opportunity of speeding up the development of vocational education.
