这是采访中听来的故事。国内某重大工程建设时,有家国外的设备制造商,就在施工现场搭临时厂房,建临时生产线,简陋场地里很快就生产出符合设计要求的零部件,产品质量水准之高,当时国内拥有一流厂房、一流生产线的企业都未必能达到。这个故事直白地告诉我们,“中国制造”从大变强还有很长的路要走。改革开放30多年来的快速发展,让我们沉淀了技术,有了积累。规范、漂亮的新厂房越建越多,生产设备越来越先进,经常可以听到打破国外技术垄断、市场垄断的新闻,“中国制造”随之也走向世界,但和世界最先进的制造能力相比,我们总是差那么一点点。
