鹅岭关隧道位于典型的碳酸盐溶蚀地貌区,地勘发现,隧道右洞K124+614-K124+636段有一较大溶洞,为保证保证岩溶段隧道施工开挖的安全,本文采用FLAC3D软件对该段不同开挖方式和不同钻进进尺的施工过程进行数值模拟,研究了隧道施工开挖过程中隧道的拱顶和仰拱位移变化规律。结果表明:该段隧道采用三台阶法开挖,钻进进尺2m进行控制是可行的。
The Ealing Pass tunnel is located in a typical carbonate erosion landform. It is found by geological survey that there is a large cave in the K124 + 614-K124 + 636 section of the tunnel right hole. In order to ensure the construction excavation safety in the karst section tunnel, FLAC3D software The construction process of different excavation methods and different drilling footage in this section is numerically simulated. The displacement variation of the dome and the inverted arch of the tunnel during tunneling excavation is studied. The results show that it is feasible to excavate the tunnel by three steps method and control it with drilling footage of 2m.
