目的:观察清肠愈疡汤对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的治疗作用,并探讨其可能机制。方法:将40只鼠龄11-12周,体质量(200±20)g的SD雄性大鼠按体质量随机分为5组,分别为正常组、模型组、清肠组、5-ASA组、香连组。造模并治疗12d后,进行DAI评分,观察结肠病理改变,RT-PCR方法检测结肠组织中肠三叶因子(ITF),核转录因子-κB(NF-κB),血管活性肠肽(VIP)的表达。结果:清肠组:DAI指数在治疗后第4天1.75±0.59、第8天0.83±0.31、第12天为0.59±0.30呈逐渐降低趋势;溃疡愈合程度良好,结直肠病灶、病理形态均有明显改善,均优于其它组;清肠组中大鼠结肠组织中的ITF、VIP、NF-κB m RNA的表达量分别为0.58±0.01、0.69±0.01、3.15±0.03,与模型组、香连组、5-ASA组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:清肠愈疡汤可以显著改善UC大鼠症状、病理形态,通过提高大鼠结肠组织中VIP的含量,抑制NF-κB的持续激活,上调ITF在结肠组织的表达,从而达到促进溃疡愈合的效果。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingchang Yuyang Decoction on ulcerative colitis (UC) in rats and its possible mechanism.
