为探寻北京市工业用水变化机理,采用对数平均迪氏指数技术(LMDI)构建了工业用水的影响因素分解模型,分析了北京市1996~2008年工业用水状况,并将其影响因素分解为产出效应、结构效应和技术效应。结果表明,产出效应对水资源利用有明显的拉动作用;技术效应对水资源利用有明显的抑制作用,是取水量下降的主要因素;而产业结构效应对节水贡献不明显。可见加强节水技术创新与应用,深入优化产业结构是未来北京市保障工业用水安全的关键。
In order to find out the mechanism of industrial water use in Beijing, the factorization model of industrial water was established by Logarithmic Averaged Index Technology (LMDI). The industrial water use situation in Beijing from 1996 to 2008 was analyzed and its influencing factors were decomposed into production Out effect, structural effect and technical effect. The results show that the output effect has a significant pulling effect on the utilization of water resources. The technical effect has a significant inhibitory effect on the utilization of water resources, which is the main factor for the decrease of water withdrawal. However, the contribution of industrial structure to water conservation is not obvious. It can be seen that strengthening the innovation and application of water-saving technologies and thoroughly optimizing the industrial structure are the keys to guaranteeing the safety of industrial water in Beijing in the future.
