航结钢五个钢种,由氧化法改为直腐法检查奥氏体晶粒度后,合格率曾显著下降到70%左右,为了解决此问题,并根据7912会议精神进行了攻关;查阅了资料,[1、2、3、4]开展了试验研究。我们试验工作结果已证明,有效酸溶铝含量为0.02~0.05%,38CrMoAl含Al量在中下限是必要条件[5]; “双高”工艺是重要工艺因素;予处理是调整奥氏体晶粒度有效办法,进而证明:高温调质型效果最好,正火+回火效果很好、铁素体高温区回火效果好[6]。由于完善和强化了这些工艺,晶粒度合格率曾达到100%,一次合格率也达到90%以上,本文主要总结热轧“双高”工艺的效果。
