我厂制造的苏式龙门铇床中,有许多钢套及耐磨铸铁件,它们的内孔都需要经过磨削加工,表面光洁度要达到8~9。但我们在磨削时,表面光洁度很难达到要求,特别是带键槽的内孔,更不容易达到要求。根据这种情况,我们进行了多次的研究,有的同志认为是砂轮修整得不好,并应使砂轮和工件的接触面积减小。于是,我们就用窄砂轮进行试验,可是结果仍然不好。去年,苏联专家来我厂指导工作,看到这个问题,就建议我们采用宽砂轮来磨削内孔,并根据工件内孔直径和键槽来选择砂轮的规格。我们根
