用烯丙醇制成大鼠肝损伤模型,观察了丹参在损伤修复过程中对细胞核内AgNORs数目的动态影响。结果显示:与模型对照组相比,丹参可使损伤周围残存的肝细胞内的AgNORs数目很快增多,坏死区很快由再生的肝细胞填充,而较少形成纤维性肉芽组织
The model of rat liver injury was made with allyl alcohol, and the dynamic effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the number of AgNORs in the nucleus during injury repair was observed. The results showed that compared with the model control group, Danshen could rapidly increase the number of AgNORs in the remaining hepatocytes after injury, the necrotic area was quickly filled with regenerated hepatocytes and less fibrous granulation tissue
