1957年美国理学博士Holter发明动态心电图技术,并在心血管病临床学应用中取得飞速发展,日益受到临床学家重视。动态心电图不同于普通心电图、心电监护或遥测心电监护,而是长时间地、连续地(或断续地)记录活动状态的心脏电活动的一种先进技术。它的称谓各异,目前国内外趋向称为“动态心电图(Dynamic Electrocardiography)。动态心电图一般可记录24小时或更长时间内数万次以至数十万次的心电图资料,可检获大量非固定性心电异常资料,尤其对短暂性、一过性、阵发性心律失常和S—T—T变化的检获率,明显优于常规心电图。动态心电图常可协助了解受检者各项活动工作、运动、休息、睡眠)、症状(胸闷、胸痛、气急、心悸等)、用药(抗心律失常药物、抗心绞痛药物等)与心电活动的关系,以利于明确诊断,指导病人用药和活动。动态心电图目前用于:①判断原因不明
