为深入贯彻落实科学发展观,全面贯彻落实党的十七大和十七届三中、四中、五中全会精神,中共北京市委十届九次全会审议通过了《中共北京市委关于加强和创新社会管理全面推进社会建设的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。这不仅是当前和今后一个时期指导全市加强和创新社会服务管理的纲领性文件,也是对我们党新时期群众工作的一大创新。
In order to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, fully implement the spirit of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the 3rd, 4th and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the 9th Plenary Session of the 10th CPC Beijing Municipal Committee examined and adopted the “Resolution on Strengthening and Innovative Society of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee Management of the views of building a comprehensive social progress ”(hereinafter referred to as“ opinions ”). This is not only a programmatic document guiding the city in stepping up and innovating social service administration in the present and in the coming period but also a major innovation in the work of the masses in our party in the new period.
