为保护和利用灰飞虱的天敌资源,在室内条件下研究了机敏漏斗蛛Agelena difficilis(Fox)对不同龄期灰飞虱若虫和雌成虫的捕食作用,并利用滤纸法测定了机敏漏斗蛛对6种稻田常用杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明:机敏漏斗蛛对灰飞虱若虫和成虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型方程;对灰飞虱1龄、3龄、5龄若虫及雌成虫的日最大捕食量分别达224.6、202.0、148.6、35.7头;对1龄若虫的瞬间捕食率为0.82,低于3、5龄若虫及雌成虫。机敏漏斗蛛密度的增加导致单头蜘蛛捕食量下降;相互干扰作用会降低机敏漏斗蛛对灰飞虱的捕食作用率。毒力测定结果表明,6种杀虫剂中,48%毒死蜱EC对机敏漏斗蛛毒性最高,24 h LC50值为0.30mg/L;依据杀虫剂的田间推荐使用剂量,25%吡蚜酮WP和10%吡虫啉WP的安全系数明显高于其它4种杀虫剂。
In order to protect and utilize the natural enemy resources of Laodelphax striatellus, the predation action of Agelena difficilis (Fox), an insecticide fungus, against nymphs and females of Laodelphax striatellus was studied under indoor conditions. Sensitivity of Insecticides Used in Six Kinds of Paddy Fields. The results showed that the predation functional response of Lepidoptera to the larvae and adult adults of Laodelphax striatellus accorded with the Holling type II equation. The maximum daily predation of Laodelphax striatellus larvae was 224.6,202.0, 148.6 and 35.7 respectively. The instantaneous prey rate to the first instar nymphs was 0.82, lower than that of the third and fifth instar nymphs and female adults. The increase of the density of clever funnel led to the decrease of predation of single-headed spider; the mutual interference reduced the predation rate of clematis against Laodelphax striatellus. The results of virulence test showed that 48% of chlorpyrifos ECs were the most toxic to Leptostachys pubescens with a LC50 value of 0.30mg / L at 24 h. According to the recommended dosage of pesticide, 25% pymetrozine WP And 10% imidacloprid WP was significantly higher than the other four insecticides.
