十多年来,我国城市住宅建设突飞猛进。近几年,许多大中城市,甚至一些特大城市的人均居住面积已经达到或超过8平方米。小城市和县镇的情况更为好些。这些城市根据本地情况,提出了在抓紧“解困”的同时,住宅建设向注重质量的目标发展。有的城市结合国家规定的住宅面积标准,提高一个等级。这是实事求是的,从总体和长远的高度保证了住宅发展的科学性和综合效益。
For more than a decade, China’s urban housing construction has advanced by leaps and bounds. In recent years, the per capita living area of many large and medium-sized cities and even some mega-cities has reached or exceeded 8 square meters. Small cities and county towns are even better. In accordance with local conditions, these cities have proposed that in order to accelerate the development of the quality-oriented target, the construction of housing should be accelerated. Some cities have increased the standard of residential area specified by the state and increased it by one grade. This is seeking truth from facts, ensuring the scientific and comprehensive benefits of residential development from the overall and long-term perspective.
