“百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本”。师资队伍水平决定了中职教育质量和学术水平。以培养骨干教师来带动提高全校师资队伍水平,是目前受到国家教育部、学校等各方认可的一种提高师资队伍水平的途径。每个学校对骨干教师的培养方法大致相同,主要有参加培训、交流研讨等途径,但是骨干教师的培养结果却良莠不齐,本文就骨干教师培养中如何保证培养效果,使学校真正拥有可用教师人才的方法,做了几点探讨。
