随着我国经济的不断发展,公路覆盖率也是越来越高,正常情况下会给公路施工企业带来巨大的利润。本文针对性分析了我国公路施工项目成本控制中存在的问题,对其中成本控制方法的优点和缺点进行简要的分析。利用成本联合控制模型在公路施工项目成本控制中的综合运用,结合公路施工项目的特点和一些实践经验进行分析研究,并对其进行了实证分析。
With the continuous development of economy in our country, the road coverage is also getting higher and higher, which will bring huge profits to highway construction enterprises under normal circumstances. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of highway construction projects in China, and briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the cost control methods. Based on the comprehensive utilization of the joint cost control model in the cost control of highway construction project, the paper analyzes and studies the characteristics and some practical experiences of the highway construction project, and makes an empirical analysis.
