目的:研究中药木蝴蝶降低LDL-C有效部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从95%乙醇提取部位分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、十六烷酸(2)、木蝴蝶苷A(3)、木蝴蝶苷B(4)、白杨素(5)、槲皮素(6)、槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(7)、5,4’-二羟基-3,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(8)、香叶木素(9)、京尼平苷(10)、异荭草素(11)、槲皮苷(12)、芹菜素(13)、没食子酸(14)。结论:其中,化合物2、7~12、14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the active part of LDL-C in Chinese butterflies. Methods: Silica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 and other chromatographic techniques were isolated and purified. According to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds, their structures were identified. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract and identified as β-sitosterol (1), palmitic acid (2), bevacizidine A (3) Chrysin (5), Quercetin (6), Quercetin-3-O-rutinoside (7), 5,4’-dihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxyflavone (8) (11), quercitrin (12), apigenin (13) and gallic acid (14). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2,7 ~ 12,14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
