从昆明山海棠(Tripterygium hypoglaucum(Levl)Hutch)去皮根水溶性部分中分离得两种成分,鉴定为1-表儿茶酸(1-Epicatechin)和卫矛醇(Dulcitol)。经药理筛选,1-表儿茶酸具有雄性抗生育作用。
Two components were isolated from the water-soluble fraction of the root of the bark of Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Levl) Hutch, identified as 1-Epicatechin and Dulcitol. Through pharmacological screening, 1- epicatechin has a male antifertility effect.
