2009年5月,财政部首次印发了《工会会计制度》和《工会新旧会计制度有关衔接问题的处理规定》,近三年来,浙江省直机关工会根据通知要求,加强工会财会人员培训,在全省推进工会财务电算化建设,实现了工会财务的信息化和资源共享。工会财务实行了电算化以后,在会计核算方式、数据储存形式、数据处理程序和方法上都有了较大的改变,从而对扩大会计数据领域,提高会计信息质量、加强会计内部控制与审计都起了十分重要的作用。
