以黄瓜品种津研7号(Cucumis sativus L.cv.Jinyan No.7)为材料,研究了不同淹水胁迫时间对黄瓜幼苗生长、叶绿素与丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明,淹水胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的株高、叶片数、地上部鲜重、总根长度、总投影面积、总表面积与不淹水对照差异不显著,根鲜重、根系平均直径、根系总体积则显著高于对照,但根尖数量、根分叉数量与对照相比先增后减,黄瓜幼苗的叶绿素含量显著低于对照,丙二醛含量显著高于对照。说明黄瓜能耐受一定程度的淹水胁迫,但耐淹水胁迫的能力有限,淹水胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生理受到显著伤害,光合作用显著减弱。
The effects of different waterlogging durations on the growth, chlorophyll and malondialdehyde content of cucumber seedlings were studied using Cucumis sativus L.cv.Jinyan No.7 as material. The results showed that the seedling height, number of leaves, fresh shoot weight, total root length, total projected area and total surface area of cucumber seedlings under waterlogging stress were not significantly different from those of non-flooded control. Root fresh weight, root mean diameter, The volume of root tip and root bifurcation increased first and then decreased compared with the control, the content of chlorophyll of cucumber seedling was significantly lower than the control, the content of malondialdehyde was significantly higher than the control. The results showed that cucumber could tolerate a certain degree of flooding stress, but its resistance to flooding was limited. Under waterlogging, the cucumber seedlings suffered significant damage to their physiology and photosynthesis.
