近年来,随着交通运输事业的蓬勃发展,单板受力病害成为桥梁维修加固工程中函待解决的技术难题。文章对铰接板梁桥存在的单板受力病害特征、发展成因进行了具体的阐述,并结合具体的施工案例,详细介绍了单板受力病害治理的措施、施工要点和注意问题。工程实践表明通过改造桥面铺装层构造、增加配筋和加焊连接钢板能有效改善铰缝混凝土的不利受力状态,加强各梁板之间的横向联系。
In recent years, with the vigorous development of transportation and transportation, veneer stress and disease have become the technical problems to be solved in the bridge repair and reinforcement projects. In this paper, the characteristics and developing causes of the single board girders existing in hinged webs and bridges are described in detail. Combining with the concrete construction cases, the measures, the construction points and the attention problems of veneer stress diseases are introduced in detail. Engineering practice shows that by modifying the deck pavement structure, adding reinforcement and welding steel plate can effectively improve the adverse state of the reamed concrete and strengthen the horizontal connection between the beams.
