神经鞘瘤是来自神经鞘膜的雪旺氏细胞的良性肿瘤,可发生于全身任何具有神经鞘膜的部位。笔者报告二例颈动脉造影表现酷似颈动脉体瘤的咽旁间隙神经鞘瘤,供同道们参考。病例报告例1:男性、25岁,1986年12月患者偶然发现左颈部有一无痛性包块,无其它不适。1987年4月6日来我院住院治疗。检查见左下颌角下后方有一6×6×3cm肿块,可扪及搏动、无波动感、中等硬度、与皮肤无粘连,肿物前后活动度较上下活动度大。气管居中,甲状腺无肿大。口腔无异常,腮腺导管口无红肿,同侧咽侧壁无明显隆起。全身体检除血压 Schwannoma is a benign tumor of Schwann cells from the nerve sheath, which can occur in any part of the body with a nerve sheath.
