慢性粒细胞白血病 (ＣＭＬ)并阴茎异常勃起临床少见 ,处理较棘手。我们应用ＨＡ(高三尖杉酯碱、阿糖胞苷 )方案联合妥拉苏林、已烯雌酚等药治疗该病 2例 ,疗效满意 ,现报道如下。例 1,男 ,30岁。因 1个月前出现乏力 ,消瘦 ,2ｄ前出现阴茎持续痛性勃起伴阴囊、睾丸疼痛而入院。
Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and abnormal penile erection are rare and difficult to manage. We used the HA (Homoharringtonine, Ara-C) regimen combined with torasurin, diethylstilbestrol and other drugs to treat the disease in 2 cases. The curative effect was satisfactory. It is reported as follows. Example 1, male, 30 years old. Due to fatigue and weight loss 1 month ago, the penis sustained painful erection with scrotum and testicular pain 2 days before admission.
