开发了一种触摸式工控系统 ,用于医疗系统水处理装置的工况监测。首先用系统状态机的分析方法设计了 10种系统状态。然后 ,设计了 7个ACCESS表 ,用于数据库的管理。基于触摸操作的特点 ,利用VisualBasic编程语言 ,详细阐述了报警范围管理、设备维护和密码管理等设计方法和技术要点 ,给出了设计界面和主要的程序片段。开机条件、一级报警和二级报警的范围在现场就能动态地调整。当操作员更换设备时 ,新旧设备的历史数据能够自动记录到计算机内 ,也可以查询供操作员参考。同时 ,触摸屏幕可以锁定 ,实现了无人化管理 ,其解锁密码也可以由操作员进行修改。本系统具有多级声音和图形闪烁报警机制 ,易于操作。目前 ,该系统已经投入使用 ,该触摸监控技术在工控领域将具有较好的实用性和通用性
Developed a touch-type industrial control system for the health system water treatment device condition monitoring. First of all, using the system state machine analysis method designed 10 kinds of system status. Then, designed seven ACCESS tables for database management. Based on the characteristics of touch operation, design methods and technical points of alarm range management, equipment maintenance and password management are elaborated by using Visual Basic programming language. The design interface and main program fragments are given. Boot conditions, a warning and secondary alarm range can be dynamically adjusted in the field. When the operator changes the device, the historical data of the old and the new device can be automatically recorded in the computer or can be consulted for operator reference. At the same time, touch screen can be locked to achieve unmanned management, the unlock password can also be modified by the operator. The system has multi-level sound and graphics flashing alarm mechanism, easy to operate. At present, the system has been put into use, the touch monitoring technology in the field of industrial control will have good practicality and versatility
