目的探索大型车载超低容量喷雾机在登革热疫情防控中的应用。方法应用大型车载超低容量喷雾机对空旷地域不同距离挂笼中白纹伊蚊进行定点喷雾,研究其有效灭蚊距离;模拟大型绿化带喷雾实验,探索大型车载超低容量喷雾机药物渗透能力;现场绿地灭蚊喷雾实验,验证大型车载超低容量喷雾机在登革热疫情应急处置中的灭蚊效果。结果大型车载超低容量喷雾机有效灭蚊距离可以达到50 m;绿植有效渗透距离为20 m;现场灭蚊率为100%。结论大型车载超低容量喷雾机具有快速、有效杀灭空旷地域或绿植中伊蚊的能力,在登革热疫情防控中具有重要的作用。
Objective To explore the application of large-scale ultra-low capacity spray machine in the prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods A large-scale ultra-low capacity vehicle spraying machine was used to carry out fixed-point spraying of Aedes albopictus in different distance cages in the open area to study their effective mosquito-killing distance. A large-scale spraying experiment of green belt was simulated to explore the penetration ability of large- On-site greenfield anti-mosquito spray test to verify the anti-mosquito effect of large-scale ultra-low capacity sprayers in dengue outbreak emergency treatment. Results The effective anti-mosquito distance of large-scale ultra-low volume sprayers can reach 50 m; the effective penetration distance of green plants is 20 m; and the rate of field mosquito killing is 100%. Conclusion The large-capacity ultra-low capacity sprayer has the capability of quickly and effectively killing Aedes albopictus in open areas or green plants and plays an important role in the prevention and control of dengue fever.
