社会主义建设的根本任务是“解放和发展生产力”。作为保障人民健康的医疗机构,如何解放和发展医疗生产力,是亟待研究的问题。根据生产力三要素原理,医疗生产力包括医疗人力、医疗设备和医疗服务对象这三个基本要素,它们各自发挥着重要作用。但是,要想提高医疗生产力的整体功能,必须使诸要素及诸要素间的组合始终保持优化状态,这样才能适应不断发展的新形势。本文着重对医疗人力要素的合理流动和优化组合进行探讨。
The fundamental task of socialist construction is to “liberate and develop productive forces.” As a medical institution that guarantees the health of the people, how to liberate and develop medical productivity is an urgent issue to be studied. According to the principle of three elements of productivity, medical productivity includes three basic elements: medical personnel, medical equipment, and medical services. Each of these plays an important role. However, if we want to improve the overall function of medical productivity, we must always keep the combination of various elements and elements in an optimized state so that we can adapt to the constantly developing new situation. This article focuses on the rational flow and optimal combination of medical personnel elements.
