自20世纪80年代以来,学历热与日俱增,不但在教育领域受到极大地重视,还渗透到了社会的各个层面。可以预见,在今后相当长一个时期内,学历热还将持续高涨。学历热的形成对社会重视知识、重视人才都有着积极的作用,但同时透过学历热我们也应作出一些冷静的思考。毕竟学历热是一把双刃剑,看不到其引起的负作用对我们的教育乃至社会的其它方面都是有害的,对培养、选拔和使用人才尤其不利。
Since the 1980s, academic qualifications have been increasing with each passing day, not only receiving great attention in the field of education, but also permeating all levels of society. It is foreseeable that for a long period of time in the future, academic fever will continue to rise. The formation of academic qualifications has a positive effect on social emphasis on knowledge and talent, but at the same time, we should also make some calm thinking through academic qualifications. After all, academic heat is a double-edged sword, and its negative effects can not be seen as detrimental to our education and even other aspects of society. It is particularly unfavorable to cultivating, selecting and using talents.
