在德育课程的实施中,教师与学生的作用是不同的,但是地位是平等的,教师与学生同为德育课程实施中的主体。德育课程的“双主体”实施指向:师生平等,同为主体,师生共同参与德育课程实施的全过程。2001年,受上海市教委德育处委托,上海市静安区教育学院附属学校(下面简称静教院附校)对德育课程进行改革。学校至今进行了十多年的研究与实践,静教院附校紧紧把握课程改革与学校德育工作之间的关系,学生道德提升与学生全面发展的关系,潜心探索德育课程的“双主体”实施的研究与实践。
