目的:探讨经尿道肾镜下超声/气压弹道碎石治疗下尿路复杂性结石的临床疗效。方法:采用肾镜经尿道行超声/气压弹道碎石术治疗下尿路结石42例。尿道结石8例,结石大小0.6cm×0.8cm～1.0cm×1.6cm;膀胱结石34例;膀胱结石直径平均2.6(1.0～6.5cm),其中单发结石12例,两个结石8例,多发结石14例(最多10枚结石)。结果:全部结石均1次碎石成功,结石清除率100%。粉碎并清除结石平均时间为36.6分钟(10～80分钟)。术后平均住院天数3.1天(1～6天),无严重并发症发生。结论:经尿道肾镜下超声/气压弹道碎石治疗下尿路复杂结石创伤小、安全、高效,可作为下尿路结石治疗的重要手段。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral ultrasound / pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of complicated lower urinary tract calculi. Methods: 42 cases of lower urinary tract calculi underwent ureteroscopic transurethral pneumatic lithotripsy. Urethral stones in 8 cases, the size of stones 0.6cm × 0.8cm ~ 1.0cm × 1.6cm; 34 cases of bladder stones; bladder stones average 2.6 (1.0 ~ 6.5cm), including 12 cases of single stones, two stones in 8 cases, multiple 14 cases of stones (up to 10 stones). Results: All stones were successful in 1 gravel, stone clearance rate was 100%. The average time for crushing and clearing stones is 36.6 minutes (10 to 80 minutes). The average postoperative hospital stay 3.1 days (1 ~ 6 days), no serious complications. Conclusion: Transurethral ultrasound / pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of complex lower urinary tract trauma is safe, effective and can be used as an important treatment for lower urinary tract stones.
