以默会认识理论为指导,结合教学实践中遇到的困惑和总结的经验,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计等方法,对体育教师自身的缄默知识及传递方式进行研究。目的在于更新体育教师理念、提高体育课堂教学的有效性;在教会学生运动技术的过程中彰显学生的个性、实现对学生人格和能力的培养,体现学校体育在素质教育中的地位。
Tacit understanding theory as a guide, combined with the puzzles encountered in teaching practice and lessons learned, using literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other methods, physical education teachers’ own tacit knowledge and transmission mode . The purpose is to update the concept of physical education teachers to improve the effectiveness of teaching in physical education. In the process of teaching students’ athletic skills, students’ individuality is manifested, students’ personality and ability are cultivated, and the status of school physical education in quality education is reflected.
