动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性血管炎性病变,主要累及动脉内膜。目前其发病机制尚未十分清楚,但血管内皮细胞的损伤、多种炎性细胞因子的过度释放是动脉粥样硬化形成的重要步骤。细胞间黏附分子1是可表达于内皮细胞膜上的单链糖蛋白,在各种炎性因子刺激下表达迅速上调,参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。本文根据目前关于细胞间黏附分子1与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究现状进行综述。
Atherosclerosis is a chronic vascular inflammatory disease involving the intima of the arteries. At present, its pathogenesis is not yet clear, but the damage of vascular endothelial cells, excessive release of many inflammatory cytokines is an important step in the formation of atherosclerosis. Intercellular adhesion molecule 1 is a single-stranded glycoprotein that can be expressed on the endothelial cell membrane, which is rapidly up-regulated under the stimulation of various inflammatory factors and is involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. This review summarizes the current research on the relationship between ICAM-1 and atherosclerosis.
