患者,女,49岁,家务,因患高血压眼底出血(陈旧性)经常在门诊注射眼宁、肌苷。1985年11月15日下午按惯例来院注射眼宁一支(南京生物制药厂出品,批号84128);肌苷100mg(江西上饶新星制药厂出品,批号850107),注射后约10分钟,患者突然感觉胸闷,头昏。体检:脸色苍白,呼吸急促,口唇发绀,脉搏细弱。心率110次/分,节律齐,BP9.331/6.665KPa(70/50mmHg);尿失禁,全身出现寻麻疹。考虑过敏性休克,立即进行抢救,皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素0.5mg,静脉注射50％葡萄糖40ml+10％葡萄糖酸钙10ml,同时给氧,四十分钟后病人逐渐好转。讨论:眼宁、肌苷为眼科常用药物,眼宁具有增强眼的新陈代谢,促进角膜上皮组织再生等作用;肌苷参与体内能量代谢及蛋白质的合成,可提高各种酶的活性、刺激体内
