零库存是当今时代库存管理的理想状态,是综合管理实力的体现。实现零库存需要在采购、生产、物流、销售等经营活动中环环相扣,在实现零库存的过程中,应积极地思考和改良,不能盲目实践。我院是一所大型综合性三级甲等医院,具备了实行“零库存”运营模式的条件。自2005年我院实行库存前移,逐步实现“零库存”管理,减少了库存医院运营资金的占用,优化医院的资金结构,使医院能够进行良性运营,为医疗制度改革后医院的正常运行和发展提供了保障。
