统计了我院1991年6月～1994年6月人工流产术共5454人次,其中空吸55例,空吸率为1.01％,较我院1988～1990年的空吸率0.70％有所增高。本文对55例空吸者分析的结果提示,空吸者多为哺乳期闭经、更年期月经异常、药物性闭经、初孕者,占空吸的65.45％,其中未落实避孕节育措施者占空吸的78.18％。55例空吸者宫内吸出物病理检查结果,妊娠期子宫内膜6例,其中3例为异位妊娠。
