目的探讨老年原发性高血压HCY、Hs-CRP、LP(a)之间的相关性。方法对170例老年原发性高血压分别测定Hs-CRP、HCY、LP(a)水平,分析其相关性。结果四组Hs-CRP、HCY、LP(a)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间多重比较,正常对照组与高血压各级组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而各级老年高血压组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆HCY、Hs-CRP、LP(a)水平可作为老年原发性高血压发生发展的重要评估指标。
Objective To explore the correlation between senile essential hypertension HCY, Hs-CRP and LP (a). Methods The levels of Hs-CRP, HCY, LP (a) in 170 elderly patients with essential hypertension were measured and their correlations were analyzed. Results The levels of Hs-CRP, HCY and LP (a) in the four groups were significantly different (P <0.05). There were significant differences in the levels of Hs-CRP, HCY and LP ). There was also a significant difference between the elderly hypertensive groups at all levels (P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of HCY, Hs-CRP and LP (a) in plasma may be used as important indexes for evaluating the development of senile essential hypertension.
