目的:分析新疆维吾尔族不同体重指数冠心病患者 CYP2C19的基因多态性的分布特点。方法选择382例维吾尔族冠心病患者,采用基因芯片技术检测 CYP2C19基因多态性,按不同体重指数分组并分析 CYP2C19等位基因及基因型分布特点。结果CYP2C19*1、*2、*3等位基因频数百分比在正常组分别为75.6%、21.1%、3.3%,超重组分别为79.8%、18.3%、1.9%;肥胖组分别为77.1%、20.4%、2.5%,3组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。正常组CYP2C19快代谢型、中代谢型及慢代谢型比率分别为55.6%、40.0%、4.4%。超重组分别为64.9%、29.9%、5.2%。肥胖组分别为61.6%、31.0%、7.4%,3组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论体重指数与维吾尔族冠心病患者 CYP2C19等位基因多态性无相关关系。“,”Objective To analyze the genepolymorphism of CYP2C19 in different body mass in-dex of Uygur patients with coronary heart disease.Methods We selected 382 patients with coronary heart diseases,used gene chip technology to detect CYP2C19 gene polymorphism,and recorded the genotype distributions and frequencies of CYP2C19 were analyzed according to the different BMI groups.Results The allele frequencies in percentage of CYP2C19*1,*2,*3 were 75.6%,21.1%,3.3% in the nor-mal group,79.8%,18.3%,1.9% in the overweight group,77.1%,20.4%,2.5% in the obese group. The frequencies of extensive metabolizer,intermediate metabolizer and poor metabolizer were 55.6%, 40.0%,4.4% in the normal group,64.9%,29.9%,5.2%in the overweight group,61.6%,31.0%, 7.4% in the obese group,respectively.Conclusion Body mass index is negatively correlated to CYP2C19 allele and genotype in uygur patients with coronary heart disease.
